Off the Grid: the last two weeks

on the road home from the beach

introducing: (drum roll!)  pea towers!

so many improvements

if we don't answer the door, come through the side gate

one of my goals while mom and dad are here:  everyone gets a bath every day...just to see how it feels

Seamus' straight jacket, a clean diaper, a soother and the swing = our longest stretch of sleep ever yet.  6 hours!

fire smoke hair, fire smoke shirt, fire smoke pants, fire smoke skin, next day = fire smoke pillow cases.  Showers apparently didn't happen every day.

Seamus has gotten really really expressive while my parents are here, which is really rewarding.  Lots of smiles, goos, eyebrow raises and head turning to follow people around the room.  What a smoochy pookie (Luke's term).

With Grammy to supervise, Luke has gotten to play with his neighbors a lot more, which he LOVES.

Rainy day movie

Pembina Threshermen's Museum.  Luke and Grandpa's morning out.

  2. Oh how marvelous! I'm sad that I didn't get to see your parents before they left. But guess what? In 40 ish hours I'll be back in Winnipeg and the next time they come, I'm gonna be in the photos too!
